Starting on Monday, September 16, 2019 there will be several changes to Route 104. These changes include:
- Slight modifications to service times to improve efficiency
- Slight modifications to the direction of travel for the route to add service to the North Charleston Transit Center. This center is served by Amtrak, Southeastern Stages and now CARTA as well.
- Relocation of several stops along the east Montague Ave. corridor between Rivers. Ave. and Durant to new stops located on Mixson Ave., Durant and Rivers Ave.
