Full-time CARTA personnel perform administrative functions. Contractor(s) perform the operating functions, including the hiring/firing of drivers, mechanics and operational staff.
CARTA directly employs a limited number of highly qualified staff in areas of contract management, planning, marketing, finance and administration. As openings occur, positions will be listed herein.
