BEST VALUE PASS!! Student passes are available and are good for and entire semester (6 months-Jan-July;July-Dec), all for only $60 per semester. Passes can be purchased at the CARTA offices located at 36 John Street, downtown Charleston. There are also programs set-up with several area schools.
